About Mary

I work with leaders and teams who want to be more effective, aligned, and purposeful. Twenty five years working with assessment, change and leadership development in corporations (in the business, not in a consulting role) means I understand what drives and undermines successful teams and how difficult it is to align across functions/departments. 

In the face of change and complexity, I give you the framework and tools to build leadership capacity, increase performance, navigate challenges effectively and meet objectives consistently.

Whether I’m coaching leaders one on one or facilitating a group offsite, my pragmatic, relevant and adaptive style means I build trust quickly. My approach is grounded in practical, effective, evidence-based tools, brought forward in an approachable, candid and engaging way.
